a murderer was once hung in front of this large, stone hotel - or so the owner says to gain popularity and customers. in actuality, this is probably one of the few places in jukyo that is actually normal. regrettably, the same cannot be said about it's inhabitants.

one of the many ritzy little stores that have oh-so-desirable positions near the city square. this store has been in existence for as long as anyone can remember and has been family run for all the while. you can find many strange and old items here, even some that are said to have ghosts attached to them. this store's motto is painted clearly on a wooden sign above the entrance - "one man's trash is another's treasure!"

this exotically monikered establishment serves delectable custards and creams of the frozen sort. the original owners wanted it to sound foreign, but they weren't very up on their language skills. anyhow, le icecreamo is an old-fashioned little shop that sells icecream, malts, shakes, and other delicious frozen goodies.
